Return Policy

* Please contact us via email at customerservice@tamisplace.com within 30 days of purchase to arrange the return of any damaged or defective item. Prior authorization and an approval # are necessary for processing your return. If you did not receive a approval # for your item, if received it will not be processed.

* There is a 15% charge back for the return/exchange of any undamaged item that is in resalable condition to cover the cost of processing fees.

* All returns are paid only to original payment type.

* All returns must be sent in the same condition, amount and packaging as was received. Otherwise all sales are final. No exceptions.
